In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr6" refers to the online sportsbook and casino platform accessible at pkr6.pro, including all associated services, products, mobile interfaces, and digital content offered thereunder.
• "Platform" means the pkr6 website, mobile application, and any other digital interface through which pkr6 services are delivered to registered users.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and pkr6 with respect to the subject matter herein. pkr6 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain a pkr6 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr6 strictly prohibits the registration or use of its Services by any individual under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of pkr6 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the pkr6 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from using gambling services.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held.

pkr6 permits one Account per individual. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same person, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pkr6 Account. You must ensure that your login credentials — including your username and password — remain confidential at all times. pkr6 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

pkr6 will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. If you receive any such communication purportedly from pkr6, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You are required to notify pkr6 promptly if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pkr6 reserves the right to suspend your Account temporarily pending investigation of any suspected security compromise.

pkr6 may, at its absolute discretion, require additional verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

All financial transactions on the pkr6 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr6 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pkr6 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. pkr6 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to alternative methods may require additional verification. pkr6 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, though processing times may vary by payment provider.

Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and per time period. These limits are displayed within the cashier section of your pkr6 Account and may be adjusted by pkr6 at its discretion.

Fees: pkr6 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees or conversion charges, for which pkr6 accepts no responsibility.

pkr6 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or pending KYC requirements. In such cases, pkr6 will communicate the reason for the delay to the affected Account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

All bets and wagers placed on the pkr6 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

pkr6 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded, due to a timing discrepancy or technical error.
• Incorrect odds or pricing were offered as a result of a manifest error, human error, or system fault.
• The integrity of the event is reasonably suspected to have been compromised.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including in connection with any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

pkr6's decisions on the settlement of bets and games are final. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised with pkr6 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published on the Platform. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at pkr6's discretion, particularly in response to significant in-game developments. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension will be settled according to the applicable rules for that market.

pkr6 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all pkr6 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Account holders only. pkr6 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and Real Money Balance are kept separately. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagering activity unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another Account.
• Only one bonus may be active on your pkr6 Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• pkr6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be provided. Bonuses already claimed and in active wagering will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of claiming.

Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to wagering on opposite outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting") — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr6 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud against pkr6 or other users.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one pkr6 Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, table, or bet to the detriment of pkr6 or other players.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the pkr6 Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, odds discrepancies, or bonus structures in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome and is not consistent with normal recreational betting behaviour.
• Money Laundering: Using the pkr6 Platform for the purpose of laundering money or conducting any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a financial crime under applicable law.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward pkr6 staff or other users through any communication channel on the Platform.

All content on the pkr6 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr6 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr6 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr6 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the pkr6 Platform or its underlying software.
• Use any pkr6 trademark, brand name, or logo without prior written authorisation from pkr6.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pkr6 intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pkr6 Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pkr6 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. While pkr6 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and uptime, temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond pkr6's control. pkr6 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability during such periods.

pkr6's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr6 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr6's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pkr6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the pkr6 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr6 collects personal information including but not limited to your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and betting and gaming activity records. This data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement.

pkr6 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. pkr6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.
• Business decision to cease offering Services in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pkr6 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

You may request the closure of your pkr6 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (subject to completed KYC) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

pkr6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr6 will notify registered Account holders via email or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be accessible on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the currently published version came into effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the pkr6 Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr6 holds its international gaming licence. pkr6 operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and pkr6 regarding the Platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to first contact pkr6 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pkr6 will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
